"Sexhaandvaerket" is probably from some dyslexic user or written phonetically. "Haaaaaandvaerk" is some jibbrish for "tool", but since the uploader obviously has some writing impedement, it's hard to understand. Why not just use the letter ä instead of...well, never mind. The film is almost as bad as the spelling and that's saying a lot.
