After a certain size (if you are going in the right direction aka not the cervix), it’s like a tampon, you can’t really feel it anymore than a regular sized dick. However, you also can’t feel that it is making you bleed pretty ridiculously until it’s over. I wasn’t very experienced at sex when I had my first boyfriend and I went to the doctor so many times thinking there was something wrong with me, even got an ultrasound and changed my pill and stuff.
