In Japanese, she would be referred to as a "snack mama", which means nothing sexual. Snack is a kind of small club that is rather laid back, and the "Mama" is the owner of the bar, or the woman that runs the bar. Some patrons are dedicated and come a few times a week to drink and talk with the bar hostess.
